Phil's big day was filled with surprises. Phil and I were supposed to be going to dinner just the two of us, when in fact I had messaged all his friends to be at the restaurant for a surprise and it WORKED! He was very shocked to see everyone. After that the surprises kept coming.is favourite Victoria musician from Are We Family, Kale Penny showed up at the restaurant to sing Phil's favourite song Sexual Healing. He then followed that song with Mumford and Son's -White Blank Page, both were amazing, it was our own intimate concert. After Kale left more of Phil's friends showed up bringing Phil a muff diver, which he had never done before, then followed by cake. After dinner we ventured over to Darcy's Pub where Kale Penny was playing with his other band The Bright Side. Phil got a birthday song, and we danced the night away. We closed the place down.
